Cordelia Berggötz

Graduate of the „Musisches Gymnasium Essen-Werden“, Cordelia Berggötz studied Musicology, English Literature and Romance Languages and Literatures at Bonn University and Università degli Studi di Perugia, Italy. In 1999, she received her M.A. from Bonn University.

She has been writing program notes for the Beethovenfest Bonn and the „Zollverein Konzerte“ in Essen since 1999.

In 1999 she began her postgraduate studies in Cultural and Media Management at the „Hochschule für Musik und Theater“ Hamburg. From 2000 to 2004 she was head of press and public relations at the Beethoven Orchestra Bonn.

In addition to her job, she completed her studies and earned the title „Kulturmanagerin“ (VWA) at the „Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie“ Cologne from 2001 to 2003.

In 2004 she accompanied her family to New York City, where she lived until 2007.

She has been personal assistant to violinist Ida Bieler since 2003.

In 2008 she started working for the BeethovenQuartett.
